I use cinder blocks stacked 3 high. I also use these concrete blocks one on the bottom and one on the top to block the cinder block holes. They are the exact size of a cinder block. For my table top I use Benchmaster Shelf. You can get them in a few different sizes and depths. Up to 36inches deep, and 96inches long.
